Barksdale and Beckwith Homes team members’ have been efficiently producing quality residential homes for over 20 years in the Upstate of South Carolina. Our partners have held leadership roles at large regional builders and at the executive level of national builders. Over the past 13 years our partners have brought 3 of the now top 10 builders to the upstate of South Carolina prior to forming Barksdale and Beckwith Homes.
Building beautiful homes with award winning cycle times and consistent customer satisfaction is the foundation on which we have built our careers. Our supplementary ability to pre-plan sites with our developer partnerships and close ties to the community creates legacy homes with lasting appeal and value for both our customers and the community.
Our vision forward will be to continue working with leading developers in the Southeast to produce homes with lasting beauty for our customers while still providing the best in market value in the region.

The operational leadership comes from a well-versed background in US and international operational consulting. We have worked with small to medium sized builders all the way up to the largest home builders in the world. We have worked with top 20 builders in both the United States, Canada, and Europe. We have applied all the best practices in build process and customer service to Barksdale and Beckwith Homes to give the best product to our valued homeowners. The Barksdale and Beckwith operations team capitalizes on strong vendor partnerships and analyses the latest build methods to build an accurately fitted product with lasting value for our customers.

Construction
The construction leadership at Barksdale and Beckwith Homes has been building new home communities in the upstate of South Carolina for over 20 years. Our team leaders began in the field, managing new single-family communities as young superintendents starting in the late 1990s. They quickly progressed to managing teams with up to 60+ communities under their staff’s supervision. Over the last ten years, these same leaders have structured and grown some of the largest and most successful builders in the upstate of South Carolina. Total to date, the construction team has completed over 2000 single-family homes, 300 townhomes, and multiple commercial projects of varying scope for some of the largest builders in the upstate.
